MERLE & MARY MALLAND
HUSBAND & WIFE TEAM
Together, Merle and Mary have 15 years experience as Lay Chaplains. They visit the sick and those in need.
Mary studied nine years under Chaplain Alden Sproull at Redlands Community Hospital. This training included many seminars and training sessions. She also trained under the former Head Chaplain, Larry Steele.
Merle trained under the direction and guidance of former Head Chaplain Larry Steele. He also entertains many patients with his singing abilities and has touched many spiritually. Both are very active leaders in the Banning United Methodist Church.
