Social Services
The Social Services Department offers you and your family a variety of programs and services to assist with the concerns that often accompany illness and hospitalization. These services include discharge planning, coordinating home health services, patient and family counseling, and coordinating referrals for community resources.
The Social Services Department staff is available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A staff member will visit with you in your room, or in a private office. You can arrange to talk with someone from Social Services by asking your doctor or nurse, or calling extension 2159.
