Telephone Services
OUTGOING CALLS:
Calls to Banning, Beaumont, Cabazon, and Cherry Valley can be placed through hospital phones. Please dial "9" followed by the desired number for these areas. Calls outside of these areas require a calling card or must be a "collect call." Calling cards are for sale in the Gift Shop, located in the main lobby.
INCOMING CALLS:
Patients may be asked for by name or room number, and the call will be connected. If you do not wish to receive calls, please inform your nurse and your calls will be routed to the nursing station. Calls will not be connected to patient's rooms between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
If you are unable to place a call, please dial "0," and an operator will assist you.
CELL PHONE USAGE:
Cell phone usage is unrestricted unless directed otherwise by a healthcare professional.
